I'm mercedes. a 20 something year old who is born and raised in the pacific northwest. i was always the kid carrying around a camera on family vacation, or begging my mom to let me flip through the family photo album just one more time. I have always loved the memories that came with a photograph and remembering the stories, the laughs, the feelings through each image. I have always been in love with photography.
for the past 5 years, I've been able to turn my passion into the best job i could ask for. the relationships I create through my work are the most important to me. When you book with me, I want you to know I am deeply passionate about your story, your love and your memories. I will not be someone who just shows up on your wedding day to take some photos.. I'll be by your side when you need help creating a timeline, ill be refilling your mimosa, wiping tears away during your vows and breaking it down on the dance floor with you at the end of the night.

We knew as soon as we saw Mercedes' website that we needed her to capture the most important day of our lives. We loved getting to do an engagement photoshoot with her to help us feel more comfortable in front of the camera. Her warm and energetic personality put us at ease right away. On the big day she was professional, fun, and always prioritizing our vision for the day. Receiving our wedding gallery was like reliving it all over again. We loved sharing the photos with family and friends as a way to continue the celebration of our love. Our house is now filled with her beautiful photos
